Privacy Policy
Latest Update: September 7, 2026
INVENTIVAT CONSULTANCY, S.L.U. ("INVENTIVAT") is the owner of the website www.inventivat.eu (the "Site") and is responsible for the processing of personal data carried out through the Site as described in this Privacy Policy.
This Policy is intended to explain what personal data we collect, why we process it, which service providers may receive it, how long it may be retained, and how users can exercise their data protection rights.
1. Data Controller
2. Personal Data We Collect
2.1. Information provided through the contact form
When you use the contact form, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including:
- Name
- Company (optional)
- Email address
- Message and any information included in it
- Confirmation that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy
The form is submitted through Web3Forms. Web3Forms processes the submission and forwards it to the configured recipient. According to Web3Forms, form submissions are not stored as a service feature, although server logs containing personal information may be retained periodically for up to two months.
2.2. Security and anti-spam data
The Site uses hCaptcha, provided by Intuition Machines, Inc., to protect the contact form against spam, bots, abuse and automated submissions. hCaptcha may process technical and interaction data required to assess whether an action is legitimate, such as IP/network information, browser and device information, interaction signals and a verification token.
2.3. Analytics data
If you explicitly accept analytics through the cookie banner, the Site loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Depending on the service and configuration, these tools may process information such as page views, session statistics, approximate geolocation, browser and device information, referral information, and interactions with the Site. Microsoft Clarity may also provide aggregated behavioural analytics and session recordings. The Site is configured not to grant advertising storage through these analytics tools.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are not loaded for analytics storage until the user has accepted analytics through the Site consent mechanism.
2.4. Embedded LinkedIn content
The Site may display recent LinkedIn content using an Elfsight widget. Loading or interacting with embedded third-party content may cause technical information to be processed by Elfsight and, depending on the content and user interaction, by LinkedIn. Please refer to the Cookie Policy and the relevant third-party privacy notices for additional information.
3. Purposes of Processing
- To respond to questions, requests and business enquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To protect the Site and its forms against spam, abuse, fraud and automated submissions.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve its performance and content, where the user has consented to analytics.
- To display corporate and social-media content through third-party integrations.
Where consent is required, processing is based on the consent given by the user. Processing necessary to respond to a request may also be carried out in order to take steps at the user's request before entering into a business relationship. Security-related processing may be based on INVENTIVAT's legitimate interest in protecting the Site and preventing misuse, subject to applicable law.
4. Service Providers and Recipients
INVENTIVAT may use third-party service providers that process data in connection with the operation of the Site. These include:
| Provider / Service | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Web3Forms / Web3Creative | Contact-form processing and delivery |
| hCaptcha / Intuition Machines, Inc. | Anti-spam, bot detection and security |
| Google Analytics / Google | Website analytics, only after analytics consent |
| Microsoft Clarity / Microsoft | Behavioural analytics and session analysis, only after analytics consent |
| Elfsight | Display of embedded LinkedIn/social content |
| External social-network content and links |
5. International Data Transfers
Some of the service providers used by the Site are established outside the European Economic Area or operate infrastructure in other countries, including the United States. Consequently, personal data may be processed internationally. Where applicable, INVENTIVAT will ensure that international transfers are handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and that appropriate safeguards are used where required.
Because the specific transfer mechanisms and infrastructure used by third-party providers may change, users are encouraged to review the current privacy information published by those providers.
6. Retention of Personal Data
INVENTIVAT will retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, where applicable, for the periods required to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Contact-form enquiries will generally be retained for the time required to respond to and manage the request and any resulting business relationship. Analytics information is retained according to the settings and retention policies of the relevant analytics service.
7. Social Networks and External Services
The Site contains links to LinkedIn and may display LinkedIn content through Elfsight. Third-party platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. INVENTIVAT does not control how those third parties process information once a user visits or interacts with their services.
8. Your Data Protection Rights
Subject to the conditions established by applicable law, you may exercise the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Access
- Rectification
- Erasure
- Restriction of processing
- Objection to processing
- Data portability
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
You may exercise your rights by contacting INVENTIVAT at Calle Juan Flórez, 8 - 5º, 15004 A Coruña, Spain, or by email at info@inventivat.eu. INVENTIVAT may request information necessary to verify your identity before processing a rights request.
If you believe that your personal data has been processed in breach of applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos - AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority.
9. Security
INVENTIVAT applies reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access. No Internet-based service can, however, guarantee absolute security.
10. Updates to this Privacy Policy
INVENTIVAT may update this Privacy Policy when the Site, its service providers or applicable legal requirements change. The latest update date will be shown at the beginning of this document.
